Florian Designs LLC passes through manufacturer warranties to its customers in accordance with the applicable Limited Warranty Statement for each product purchased. Warranty terms vary by product category. The applicable Limited Warranty Statement is incorporated by reference into the Florian Designs Terms and Conditions of Sale.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please refer to the applicable Limited Warranty Statement for claim procedures specific to your product. In general, claims should be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect, with proof of purchase, photographs, and product identification information.

Trade Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales and warranty claims are subject to the Florian Designs Trade Terms and Conditions of Sale, available at www.floriandesigns.com/pages/terms-of-sale. In the event of conflict between a Limited Warranty Statement and the Trade Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Trade Terms and Conditions of Sale shall govern.
