4 to 8 weeks ex Belgium for all standard configurations. Engraving adds approximately one week. The factory closes July 18 to August 15 annually. Orders may be placed with engraving details to follow — production begins on the mechanical work immediately.
Which Lithoss products are UL listed?
Select and Opera Select 24V variants, single-frame configurations, in 15 of the 18 standard finishes. Cert number E538637. Finishes 56, 57, and custom RAL are outside the cert scope. KNX integrated variant (29V SELV) qualifies as NEC Class 2 — no UL listing required for most US project types. Contact us for project-specific guidance.
Does the Select frame work on a US single-gang box?
No — Select (84×84mm) mounts on a US double-gang box with the Florian mudring. The Lithoss mudring is required. Opera (84×117mm) mounts directly on a US standard single-gang box with no adapter required.
How do I get MSRP pricing?
MSRP pricing is available to approved Trade Partners. Apply through the trade program page. Once approved, pricing is confirmed at account activation.
Can I specify Casambi battery switches in code-required lighting locations?
This requires review against NEC 210.70 before specifying. Contact us at projects@floriandesigns.com with your project details and we will advise. The Casambi mains variant (2025) does not carry this consideration.
How long does a trade application take?
We review every request personally within 1 to 3 business days. Approved applicants receive the relevant documents by email for electronic signature. Full account activation typically completes within one week of the initial contact form submission.
